Our Refund Commitment
If RaagEngine does not deliver the value you expected, we want to make it right. We offer a straightforward refund policy because we believe in the product and do not want to keep money for a service that did not serve you.
Eligibility
The RaagEngine prompt generator is free — unlimited generations, no subscription, nothing to refund. The only paid items are optional one-time prompt-pack downloads from the shop.
Prompt-pack purchases are one-time digital downloads. If a technical issue prevents access to a pack you bought, contact support and we will fix it or refund it.
No recurring charges. Because the generator itself is free, there are no renewals, billing periods, or plan tiers to manage.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for: accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service, requests made after the eligibility window has passed, or dissatisfaction with the output quality of third-party AI music platforms (which is outside our control).

Digital download purchases (prompt packs from the RaagEngine shop) are generally non-refundable once downloaded, as the digital content has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact support and we will resolve it.
Is there anything to cancel?
No. The generator is free and unlimited, so there is no subscription, billing period, or cancellation to worry about.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider — typically 3-7 business days after processing.
