Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RaagEngine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What RaagEngine Provides
RaagEngine is a prompt generation tool. It generates text prompts designed for use with third-party AI music generation platforms including Suno, Udio, Stable Audio, and others. RaagEngine does not generate audio files. The quality, licensing, and ownership of any audio generated using our prompts on third-party platforms is governed by those platforms' own terms of service.
Account and Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Generation limits are per account and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Automated or programmatic access to the generator interface beyond normal single-user use is prohibited without a separate API agreement.
Content and Intellectual Property
The prompts generated by RaagEngine are provided to you for your personal and commercial use (subject to your plan). You own the prompts you generate. RaagEngine retains no rights to prompts after generation. The RaagEngine interface, code, branding, and underlying prompt generation logic are the intellectual property of RaagEngine and may not be copied or reproduced.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use RaagEngine to generate prompts for content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the terms of the third-party AI music platforms you are using. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate RaagEngine's prompt generation logic.
Limitation of Liability
RaagEngine is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that generated prompts will produce specific results on any particular AI music platform, as these platforms change their models and prompt handling regularly. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant subscription in the preceding month.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.

Can I use RaagEngine-generated prompts commercially?
Yes — prompts generated by RaagEngine are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial music production. The prompts themselves are text descriptions with no intellectual property restrictions. Commercial rights to the music you generate using those prompts are governed by the AI platform you use (Suno, Udio, etc.).
Are there any restrictions on how I use RaagEngine?
RaagEngine may not be used to generate prompts intended to create music that infringes existing copyrights, harasses individuals, or violates applicable laws. Automated scraping of generated prompts without authorisation is prohibited. See the full terms at raagengine.com/terms for complete usage restrictions.
What happens if I violate RaagEngine terms of service?
Violations of RaagEngine terms of service may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund. If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact [email protected] to appeal the decision.
Who owns the prompts generated by RaagEngine?
Prompts generated by RaagEngine using your input belong to you. RaagEngine does not claim ownership over the text prompts produced for your use. The underlying generation model and platform are proprietary to RaagEngine.
How does RaagEngine handle disputes?
Disputes regarding RaagEngine terms, billing, or service quality should first be raised with support at [email protected]. We aim to resolve disputes directly before escalation. For unresolved disputes, the terms of service specify the applicable jurisdiction and dispute resolution process.
